1. Am I eligble for a refund for my order?
We offers refunds on all products purnchased on this website within 14 days of proof of delivery. You must be able to show proof of purchase, unless you contact us from within the GetDetailing website or app platform. Valid critera to request a refund include:
- you no longer want the item
- you are not happy with the product
- you have purchased the wrong item
- you recieved the wrong item
- the items arrived damaged or faulty
Certain circumstances may make you ineligible for a refund, these include:
- damage to an item that has happened after delivery
- opening and using an item
- loss of an item not by us or a courier
2. What are the differences between a refund, return of exchange?
Depending on the product, quantity, price and reason for refund; we may either issue you an immediate refund, or open a return request. We also have facilities to exchange a product for a different one if the circumstance is fitting. We operate on a case-by-case basis for selecting which method of resolution to choose.
3. Products exempt from a refund or return
At the moment, we do not offer any products on our website that are exempt from refunds. However, certain items, such as clothes and merchandise, are not able to be returned due to hygiene concerns.
4. How long will my refund take to be processed?
If you did not need to return your item: Once you receive a refund confirmation from us, your refund will be issued immediately. Our payment provider may take up to a week to release funds back to you, however it is usually much quicker.
If you have returned your item to us: If you have returned your item, once we receive it, we will perform checks to make sure it is correct. Once we have verified this, we will process your refund (again, following the above timescale for our payment issuer).
I did not receive my refund: If you have not received a refund you are expecting, please get in touch as soon as possible so we can investigate and help!
5. Shipping for returns or exchanges
We do not provide coverage of shipping costs or return labels for products set for return to us. You must arrange postage yourself to our provided returns address. Do not send items back to us without prior correspondence, as this might reslut in your item getting lost!
